By using cubbytruth.com or any Cubby Truth game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or games.

1. License to use

Cubby Truth grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for personal, family, classroom, Sunday school, and other non-commercial purposes. You may share links to cubbytruth.com and our game pages freely.

You may not resell, redistribute, mirror, reverse engineer, or repackage our games or content. You may not strip out the Cubby Truth branding, attribution, or copyright notices.

2. Free use

All Cubby Truth games are provided free of charge. We do not charge for downloads, in-app purchases, premium content, or features. If a third-party app store ever requires a one-time purchase price (such as to satisfy that store's policies), we will note that clearly in the store listing.

3. No warranty

Our website and games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or games will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or browser.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Straight Truth Press LLC and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of cubbytruth.com or Cubby Truth games.

5. Intellectual property

The Cubby Truth name, mascot ("Cubby"), logo, characters, illustrations, audio, music, fonts, and overall game design are the intellectual property of Straight Truth Press LLC. The trademark Cubby Truth™ is owned by Straight Truth Press LLC. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission. Linking to cubbytruth.com is welcome and encouraged.

6. Family use and supervision

Cubby Truth games are designed for children. Parents, guardians, and educators are responsible for supervising children's use of our games on their devices. Our Parent Settings panel includes a gentle math gate to keep little fingers from accidentally adjusting sound or resetting progress.

7. Third-party services and links

Cubby Truth games and the cubbytruth.com website rely on a small set of trusted third-party services that have their own terms of service and privacy policies:

The cubbytruth.com website is hosted by HostGator.
The web-playable version of Cubby's ABCs is hosted by Netlify at cubbys-abcs.netlify.app.
The native app versions of Cubby's ABCs are distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Amazon Appstore. Your use of those store installations is also governed by the terms of each store.
The cubbytruth.com website uses Google Fonts for typography.

We may also link to external sites such as our parent company Straight Truth Press at straighttruthpress.com. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party service.

8. Conduct

You agree not to use our website or games in any way that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, distributes malware, or attempts to disrupt the service for other users.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the site or games after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
